Hi:
I have the exact same experience as yours, ... they/pharmacists are VERY defensive NOT to answer to any of questions we, customers asking, particularly recently. In my guess, there are a lot of 'law-sue' and the like, so to speak, 'sue-society' to sue even trivial matters, such as spilled 'hot coffee' on the McDonald. Then, most/all of those pharmacists might have trained NOT to give any favor to their customers, even thought some of them appears to have sincere desire of helping their customers. It's a kind sad this things going on because of today's society, 'sue' over tiniest occurrences.
