Hi:
>>>> I have been slowly tapering Serzone - down 50 mg every week. I have gone from 400 mg to 150 mg. Two days after I started with the 150 mg, I wake up constantly through the night with these pounding headaches.<<<<<

--- Serzone works for both, depression and anxiety parts. With 150 mg. Serzone, your system might have reacted TREMENDOUSLY not having 'Serzone' in the chemicals of your brain, ... or might be just 'withdrawal syndrome. In that case, you may need to taper off Serzone MORE and VERY slowly, ... like over the period of months about which I read somewhere Internet. -----

>>>> Since I started the withdrawal, I have been taking 10 mg of Prozac in the morning - I didn't experience any side effects, in fact my moods and obsessive thoughts were greatly improving. But now with this constant reawakening and headaches - I am not sure if it the Serzone, the Prozac, or something else. <<<<

--- Sounds like Prozac is working GREAT on your problem, for that you must be very grateful. However, with Serzone withdrawal, you may need to talk to your pdoc., because 'pounding headaches' sounds to me like pretty serious condition, ... if this is not 'Migraine' symptoms. ----
