> Hi Anjul,
> I am glad to see your trying remeron. When I first started taking it my Dr. told me to do it over a weekend. My first night I couldn't hardly stand up to make it to bed. But....that does get much better. And taking 30mg. won't leave you as tired but still give you quality sleep. My Dr. told me with remeron the lower the dose the stronger it is. I take 15mg. at bedtime & sleep great. I can't take 30 as I have to much swelling in feet & ankles. Hang in there-it will get better.

>Hi Zena,
It's exactly the same for me. After I take it I feel no different, the drugged to the eyeballs feeling is gone, but I still go to sleep within 5 minutes of going to bed & I awake refreshed. It's fabulous after 30+ years tossing & turning & waking up wanting more sleep. 30mg makes my feet swell too, but if I wake around alot they go down.
Cheers,
Panda.
