i don't mean to be simplistic, but i always just started using my hands and feet by moving in a way to target my circulation there if i noticed their coldness. It was the healthiest solution.
This may not be what you want to hear, but it didn't happen so often, nor at all, finally, when i started to take short daily walks - aerobically moving my hands as well while i walked.

My Adderall SR dose was 45->80mgs xdaily, depending on what i required, and every week i took a minimal one day "holiday" from it. This was the very best and optimal plan for me after many trials of dose and different Adderall RXs =-->no side effects.
