Never heard of that, and I keep up. Where did you read this? There's a lot of anti- treatment tripe on the web- don't beleive everything you surf into.
Actually benzos are really safe and effective. They've been used for 50 years and done a lot of good for a lot of people (saved my life). I doubt your MD would give you something that would hurt you.
