Does the dyhidration effect from effexor go away?

my face and hands are so dry. I try to drink more fluids but it hasn't done anygood.Also, has anyone had the effect of getting very emotional and depressed and wanting to cry? I got that for about a couple hours when i went up to the 75mg strength. it was on the very first dose of the 75mg
