Klonopin (Clonazepam) and Nightmares/Dreams

Posted by Elle2021 on November 10, 2003, at 6:05:14

I have been on Klonopin for about a year, but I only take it off and on. Recently, due to some stress, I have begun taking it regularly. I also take Paxil. I have noticed that after adding the Klonopin again, I have started to have really weird dreams that don't make sense. Sometimes they are very vivid. The thing is, that I don't remember them when I wake up until something strikes my memory. For instance, someone will say something or I will see something that triggers the memory of the dream. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a passing side effect that will go away soon? Any information will be greatly appreciated!
Sweet Dreams,
Elle
