Efexor-XR

Hi

I just started taking Efexor XR after coming off Aropax (Paxil) a year ago with horrendous side effects. It's only been a few days since I started taking it, but yesterday I was a few hours late to take the meds, and I got really dizzy. I'm hoping that this isn't a sign of withdrawals to come, once I'm feeling over my depression. But it's scaring me a lot now. I don't really know what else to do besides take the meds I've been prescribed. I've heard stuff about sleep therapy and light therapy - anyone heard about those? Had any success?
