Remeron - sore throat/infections

Hi,

Is there a relationship between sore throat and remeron? I was worried that i had agranulocytos or something but i read somewhere that others had experienced the same thing with remeron, sore throat and infections that last for several weeks and even months. Do you have experiences of this?
Please let me know.
