I can't speak for Mr/Ms Mouche here, nor for his/her intentions, but in French the above is casually used for "see you later", a with that accent = to/until, plus = more, tard = late. Younger types use merely "a plus", or on instant messages, a+, to the horror of linguists of ilks abounding.
