Any one know anything about Dr Cosgrove in UK?

Haven't had many replies to my first post so will keep posting and hope I can catch someones eye!
Thanks to everyone who did respond.

I've decided to go of the Fluoxetine because it made me feel so tired!

If any one has any experience of Dr Cosgrove, or indeed can recomended any doctors in the UK I'd really apreciat it!
