Anyhow, around 4-5 every day, approx 7 hours after I take Adderall Xr I want to kill someone. I start snapping peoples head off for asking how my day was. It's horrible. I saw my doc yesterday and he prescribed 10 mg of Focalin to take at 3:30 every afternoon. I just started today so I can't say just how it's going to go, but maybe your doc would consider putting you on something else for later in the day. Good luck!
