Your case sounds more like a 'lightbulb' response is coming. Some people feel somewhat better after a week and mantain this feeling for 4 or 5 extra weeks- then, at the 5 or 6 weeks mark, the REAL Nardil effects kick in. Others notice that it kicks in over a period of 3 or 4 days...but your case, in which you feel no therapeutic efficacy yet, sounds light the 'lightbulb' will switch on soon.

This indicates you need a higher dose. Many report that 90mg is the dose they need- not just to get the great effects, but to maintain therapeutic efficacy. I would suggest a dose between 75-90mg.

Yes I did, but mine was/is not as constant. I believe your level of sedation will pass though.

I had that for a very brief period of time when going up to 90mg. Again, this should pass with time.

Please be patient. I'm almost certain that if you stay on it long enough, at a correct dose, you should feel the Nardil brilliance. But remember, it sometimes can take a lot of time to kick in...and from your prior experience I definately think you need a higher dose- like 90mg.

Good luck, Caleb,

Ace.
