Hey there -
I've mentioned it on here before, but my pdoc told me that they could teach monkeys to do CBT.
I had a really unsympathetic nurse who didn't even get me through the first session.
Maybe it can be helpful in certain circumstances, but it is about learning to deal with life - whereas I for one *can* deal with life thankyouverymuch but just really don't want to.
