The crying thing is normal if you're just starting to come out of the depression, and so are all the other emotions. That's a *good* sign -- ask for some non-pharmacologic help integrating those emotions into your life.Try dividing the doses of Parnate equally around the clock, or even taking it all just before bed.
And quit measuring your BP after breakfast! Don't you have a job to go to or something? <g>
