The only thing I can say is that I went to a psychiatrist and talked to him about my adhd featured and he prescribed me Parnate. So it might help. (I didn't take it anyway)

Another thing that might help you is an italian research I red. in this study imiprammine (tofranil) scored +++, moclobemide ++, and IMAO +

Therefore if you have not yet tried it you could consider moclobemide (Manerix/Aurorix), which is a RIMA, the so-called "gentle IMAO"
