MOA inhibitor could help ADHD

Yea,
I have ADHD pretty much really bad, and i also get really depressed at times. Ive tried ADHD medications , adderall and such with anti-depressants and still no real postitve effects(with the depression) at all. Im ready to stop switching antidpressants(SSRI'S) and adderall. I've hurd of Parnate with is a MOAI, does anyone think it could also help ADHD with depression since it targets mostly all nuerotransmitters? Does it effectivly raise mood? Thanks for any info.
