dopamine v.s serotoin on mood

We all know that serotion is the main chemical focused in depression and mood, but also dopamine. Do the two transmitters have their own charasteristics on mood, affect it in a diffrent way? dopamine is also a pleaseure chemical, is it more enjoyable?
