Without considering the merits (?) of combining garlic and orange juice at breakfast, I'd have to ask the provenance of the garlic. Was it prepared fresh, or from a bottle? If the latter, it may well have been the subject of substantial bacterial action, and thus could be a possible source of pressor amines, such as tyramine.
