I'm only 20 years old and my normal blood pressure is 120/70. I don't know if I can
condinue on parnate. Every time I take it
it's like my brain gets locked into a state
of fear, and my BP goes through the roof.
It seems like God is continually condemnming
me, so the only way I can help it is to
go around confessing everything to everybody.
I also can't stop crying.

A times I feel so suicidal.

Going to the psychiatrist this evening.
