I wouldn't consider a blood pressure reading like that to be indicative of a hypertensive crisis. And besides, none of the foods you ate can be implicated in the spike. If I were you, I would have my blood pressure monitored regularly--perhaps you're just coincidentally experiencing hypertension as a consequence of age, family history, etc.
