Neither. Good hearty energy feeling, more like a normal person, I think.
Im not tired during the day, so I dont want to take naps, and I'm not as spaced out as I was before.
If I take too much I feel hyper, sweat a lot, and feel jittery. You can feel it out with the dose, IMO.
