Nardil and Milnacipran - Hypothetical

Any thoughts on combining Nardil with Milnacipran? I've heard that it's safe to combine Nardil and Rebox (which affects only NE), and Milnacipran is evidently much stronger in area of NE as opposed to serotonin.
Looking through posts, I've learned that MAOIs are augmented with other agents more frequently than the daunting warnings would indicate. Even TCAs.
I'd love to hear thoughts, examples of combos, etc. thx
