I'm currently going off of lexapro and on to Effexor. I started taking 75mg/day of Effexor for one week
and then at week two began to cut my lexapro dose from 20mg/day to 10 day as I increased my Effexor to 150mg/day.
Today was my last day of lexapro-- can't say if I've noticed any effects, maybe some jaw clenching recently.
