I don't know about Strattera, but I've had good luck with 250 mg modafinil (for norepinephrine) and 10 mg selegiline (for dopamine). The modafinil gives me energy and alertness, and the dopamine helps me focus. And both drugs are neuroprotective - the selegiline may actually cause me to live longer! :^)
