ok here goes

Refining the MAOI Diet: Tyramine Content of Pizzas and Soy Products
Kenneth I. Shulman, M.D. etc etc
and Scott E. Walker

first of all, the author states that "all soy sauces and indeed all soybean products should be avoided"

having said that, the following levels of tyramine (mg) were detected in 15 mL servings of soy sauce

Wing's 0.1483
Kimlan 0.5496
Ozeki Sashimi 1.2488
Pearl River 3.3652
Kikkoman 0.4351

so, how did the lamictal trial go?
