Well Lexapro is one of the few things I've yet to try, and my new pdoc gave me a choice between it and Parnate--I figured I'd try this first.
She also gave me Tranxene, 7.5mg bid, and she gave me leeway to push the dose as far as 22.5mg bid if necessary. I'd taken it in the past and it did next to nothing, but for some reason now it works great! Better even than clonazepam for me, as I'm even noticing some pro-social effects! I'm near-sure it's because I've recently begun taking various supplements, including picamilon, gamma valerolactone and l-tyrosine. I pray this lasts!
Just one question, regarding Lexapro--she has me titrating the dose upward rather quickly it seems... what do you think of this:
10mg x6 days, 20mg x2 weeks, 30mg x2 weeks, then 40mg
