I like people who "critize their beloved SSRI's".
Maybe you already know about this but here is it anyway:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve&db=PubMed&list_uids=10647094&dopt=Abstract...the return to initial values of brain 5-HT levels after repeated administration of the two 5-HT re-uptake inhibitors (Cloimipramine and Fluoxetine), consistent with the presence of brain adaptative mechanisms, with a concomitant dramatic decrease of platelet 5-HT content and...
...brain and periphery MAOI-A effect induced by moclobemide with 5-HT levels remaining elevated...
I really think this is enough evidence the SSRIs do not raise Serotonin levels in long term use.

That sort of stuff is always cool on this site. One person even told me to 'tone down my Nardil pushing'! What?! I thought this was a democracy we live in! I won't be posting much at that site anymore, I think.

Anyway, I am curious what they said to you over there on dep forums. I read some crazy post somewhere else on the internet that that place is just a front for some pharm companies--obviously, just paranoia but it is a little strange over there. I am totally not suprised they told you to stop pushing nardil. By the way who said something to you????? I am very curious.
