Seroquel side effects?

I recently went off my Seroquel 25-50 mg at bedtime. Horrible insomnia, no mystery there.
I was off this med for about a month.

Since resuming this med last week, I have had a terrific lower back ache, contantly. I am experiencing sharp pain in my hips, as if someone is sticking a needle into the middle of my bone. It is quite disconcerting.

Has anyone else experienced this?
