> Figured I would post to you down here so youdon't have to keep scrolling up. I really don't know WHAT exactly is causing the nausea. That is the frustrating part. I don't know if it's the Zoloft, Lamictal or residual Remeron withdrawel (because that's when it started). Can Lamictal cause nausea? See my problem is that I began Lamictal and Remeron at the same time, never had any nausea. Then added Zoloft, still no nausea. Then stopped the Remeron (continued on the Lamictal and Zoloft) and then the nausea started.
Well, for starters, IMO I don't think the nausea you are experiencing now is a Remeron *withdrawal*. Remeron has a strong anti-nausea effect. What *seems* to have happened is when you started the Zoloft+Remeron, the Rem. masked the nausea from the Zoloft and you didn't notice it. Then you stopped the Remeron, and the nausea from the Zoloft came through. From what I remember you had your nausea go away with the Seroquel, right? Seroquel suppresses the vomit reflex (like other D2 antagonists), so it may have "masked" the Zoloft-induced nausea again (with a different mechanism). Lamictal can trigger nausea, too. You weren't by chance titrating upward with your Lamictal dosage about the same time you discontinued the Remeron, were you?
