> New side effects? I don't think I'd care if they aren't too bad if it would just help me get rid of this damn depression! I had all the normal side effects in the beginning but what new effects could I experience when upping my daily dosage of Nardil?

I've used to have to change my dosage regularly over the past 16years. I don't know if it stops working as much as something else goes on psysiologically with the med. Slight adjustments seem to be the norm for most people, even long-termers. Upping the dose to 75mg, you may have more trouble sleeping, even a little anxiety, till you adjust. It is certainly worthwhile talking to your doc about going up to 75; it shouldn't take very long to tell if it will be effective in lifting the depression. I hope it does help if you do increase it. Good luck.
