Gradual upping the dose is the best strategy, I agree. In my case, 90 mg worked wonders 8 years ago -- after VERY gradual up-dosing.
It's a long story why I didn't stay on it and took so many years to gather up guts to try it again.
THIS TIME, I hit 90 mg after 2 weeks. Harsh, to say the least -- but survivable.
