WHAT SHOULD I DO NEED ADVISE

my doc has me on celexa and effexor can I am also on seroquel can being on the two ssri celexa and effexor cause seratonin syndrome?and if i stop celexa will it cause me to have panic and depression again if I stay on the effexor I am currently taking 75 mg effexor should I go up on effexor before quitting celexa?
