SP: Zoloft then Effexor , whats next?????

Hi , I think I have SP , I was on Zoloft for 2 years .
I really want a normal life , is my biggest wish . Yesterday I start Effexor XR , I dont trust in it , but i guess Ill see what happen
My question here
First Zoloft(SSRI), then (SNRI) ,what do you suggest me next? a tryciclic??? another SSRI? a MAOI
Im so afraid of people , and I really want a normal life.I want to be a good person , work and have a family. help please
