I have been on Celexa for one month now and have gained 10 unrelenting pounds. Since I meet with my psych. tomorrow morning, I would love any advice. I was on prozac before and it worked beautifully for my depression, but couldn't keep my eyes open for most of the day. Switched to Celexa and it works even better, but I just can't deal with this weight gain . . with the holidays coming up I am going to turn into the good year blimp. So, main question is this: I am going to push for adding Wellbutrin to the mix. Should I add it to the Celexa or the Prozac? Is weight gain enough of a reason to add wellbutrin? (I don't want to sound like a vain drug popper). Should I look at another drug completely? Seems kinda silly since the last two "worked." Anyway, would love feedback . . . thanks so much!
