> I have thougth about PTSD before , but the sympotms dont seem to fit...For me the best way to explain the "flashbacks" is ,I will be wathcing tv, or just doing normal everyday things and its like when you have a dream and you cant remember it in the moring, but you have the "feeling " of the dream, you know you had a dream, but you couldnt ever explain it, well I get these littleflashes in my minds eye of like a scene and they last for a fraction of a second, but i couldnt tell you what the hell they are, but they feel famailair (like have I thought about this before or have I dreamt that before , but I still dont know what the hell it is),when i have a spell its a bit different, its almost like i am wide awake and I start to dream for like 20 seconds, i know where I am and i can see everything just like normal, but in my head sometimes it feels like my surroundings have changed, liek it feels like my house is changed but i see everting normally, the spells dont get this far anymore while I am awake, i can stop them, but sometimes in my sleep I cant controll them...
> is any of this ringing a bell for anyone??? oh yeah, i also get these flashback things alot more when I am stressed out, and I stil lhave my visuals from my lsd days, my visuals are more intense when I am anxious.

That really sounds like temporal lobe issues for sure. Especially with the "dreaminess" and the deja-vu. I think your neuros are onto it. Since you have been relatively symptom free of late may explain why they haven't attempted to give you anti-epilepsy meds. When you begin to have episodes is when they probably want to "wire-you up" again and see where it is coming from. Then they can better diagnosis it and treat it. Stress can provoke seizures for sure. There was a student in my statistics class in college that had his first seizure in the class whenever we had a substitute for a sick teacher and we were close fo finals. Also, my Mom would tell me that she had to shield her eyes from the sun coming through picket fences in the morning riding the bus to work or it made her feel "funny".
