Dry mouth or "cotton mouth" as we used to call it in the 70's, is fairly common with Wellbutrin. Drink plenty of water, and you will be OK. I am concerned that you mentioned a heart problem. You should be aware that WB can clearly cause tachycardia (rapid heart beat) as well as chest tightening and pain. This is very dose-related. You did not (I think) mention what dose you are taking. I know that your Doc must be aware of these affects, if he can read his PDR. Either way, it takes about 3-4 weeks to adjust to WB, after that it is well tolerated, except for the aforementioned side effects. It can also cause insomnia by the way.
