skin discolouration on paxil??

Hi, I just went to Paxil-side-effects.com and it came to me that I have had almost every one of these side effects listed in the period of time that I took Paxil. Some went and came back and some stayed.
For the last few months maybe the last 4 months I have had this weird skin discolouration on my face. My cheekbones are white and the resy of my face is slightly red. It's weird looking. I am off Paxil now and experiencing some withdrawl symptoms. I am waiting to see if this rash type skin defect will go away since I am off the Paxil. Is it dangerous to experience a rash on Paxil? I heard that this could be a sign of a serious medical condition.
