There's a book at called Stop Depression Now by Richard Brown which I would read if I decided to try sam-e. He feels that 70% of depressed people respond to sam-e. You might want to try it. Also you might want to do a search on sam-e bulletin boards, there's a really good one, but I can't recall where it is.Shelli (who was one of the 30% who sam-e didn't help!--but I still think it is a great herb for many people.)
