Don't do it, the risk that you will get moderat to extreme compensatory sweating on your trunk and lower body is considerable, especially when the surgery concerns facial area(not palms).
Try low dose of Klonopin 0,5-2 mg or in combination with low dose of citalopram 5-10 mg.
If you must try surgery, be sure that they do it
with a clamp, that can be removed if you get intolerable side effects.Med vänlig hälsning Per
